Hello I entered a contest! It is called: Lanie's Backyard Photo Contest and what you need to do is snap five nature photos that you chose on the list and then write a nature note! I'll type my nature note that I wrote for you so you can see it. Here it is....
I am inspired by nature when I see things really beautiful. I love to find different things and put it together to make something really amazing out of nature. I love nature very much and I feel sad when I see it being treated badly. I hope everyone can try to treat it more nicely. I love how it feels when I lay back in the nice soft grass and look up at the sky. When I go to Nature Camp in Rappahannock I feel very happy because I get to learn about nature and be able to get close and study it. I have a rock and mineral collection with some really pretty rocks and things that look like they could not be real, but they are. I also collect really pretty feathers that I find from all sorts of birds like chickens, parakeets, cockatiels, and guinea hen feathers. I like to sometimes draw and make poems of the pretty stuff I see about nature. I love nature everywhere.

Good luck! There are so many great art contests and photo contests for kids with great prizes! Sometimes you get published in a calendar, or get free stuff. Home schooling seems like a great time to research stuff like this. Good job on your paragraph. Sorry to hear about Cloudy. I know you loved her.
