Goodbye Tye-Dye

I have sad news... Tye-Dye (the bunny) died yesterday. The day before it happened was when we noticed that he was not moving much, had milky looking eyes and had a problem where poop kept getting stuck to his bum. It all happened very quickly and we have no idea how he got sick. Maybe there was something wrong with him before we started taking care of him. He was very sick and on Sunday morning we found that he had died... We buried Tye-Dye near where we buried Callie. He was a sweet bunny and I am sure he is more comfortable and happy were he is now.

My first blog post in 1 or 2 years!?!

Hey Everyone!
I am going to try to catch up on my life so far. I am currently 15 years old. I am in high school, (The Howard Gardner School or HGS) and have just finished my freshman year. It is amazing and I had a really fun year! I now have an adopted sister named Mezgeb (7) in our family, and soon to have another adopted sister named Rose (13)! They are both from Ethiopia. Mezgeb is really sweet, very hyper/crazy, and annoying sometimes. Rose is really sweet from what I know about her and I can't wait until she gets here! Anyway, that would make.... 9 people in our family?! Phew that's a lot of people. My grandma Nanny is coming home from her mission in about a week! I a so excited! She has been gone for a year now and she has been serving in Madagascar! We have been taking care of her dog, Bella Luna for all that time and will be sad when she leaves because we have become so attached to her. Especially since... OH! I almost forgot to tell you that Callie, our sweet, amazing, funny, caring dog, passed away. :'( It was terribly sad... She died because of cancer tumors that were filling her lungs and heart with bad fluid. Callie was in pain and she felt like she was drowning so we decided that it was time to let her go. She was a good dog... and I will miss her so much. My other grandparents are on their mission as well. They are serving in Chile and I can't wait to see them again because I miss them so much. It is pretty hard when you can't see any of your grandparents because they are on missions. I have been paying off a computer that I need for school and other things. We have 20 chickens! I still have my cute fluffy bunnies... and I now have a third that I am babysitting. His name is Tye-Dye. We are looking for a home for him because the middle school at HGS doesn't want him anymore. (My school is separated into a Middle and High school.) Tye-Dye is very sweet, cute, and has a nice indoor cage and outdoor hutch. If you know someone that could give him a nice home, let me know.
This is Tye-Dye
I also went to my first prom this year!! Since my school is so small they let all the high school students go to the prom. We went on a boat called the Nina's Dandy and it was amazing! I had a really fun time with Lucy and my friends. Here are some pictures!
